The Platform is designed as an educational health navigation tool that helps users understand their symptoms and identify potential next steps in their healthcare journey.

All information, content, recommendations, and care pathway suggestions provided by the Platform are for educational and informational purposes only. This information is not intended to be, and must not be construed as:

• A medical diagnosis or clinical assessment
• Professional medical advice
• A recommendation for a specific treatment, medication, or procedure
• A substitute for professional medical consultation, examination, or treatment

3 Always Consult a Healthcare Provider

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received through the Noeva Health platform.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Noeva Health provides AI-generated suggestions for informational and educational purposes. While our platform may suggest types of tests, specialists, or next steps based on clinical guidelines, these suggestions are not prescriptions, referrals, or clinical orders. In future phases, licensed healthcare professionals (such as Nurse Practitioners) may review and validate AI-generated recommendations and independently issue clinical orders under their own professional authority. All final healthcare decisions remain with you and your healthcare provider.

4 AI Analysis Limitations

The Noeva Health AI analysis is based on published clinical guidelines from recognized medical bodies including Cochrane, ESHRE, SOGC, NICE, DSM-5, and other peer-reviewed sources. However:

• AI analysis is not a substitute for clinical judgment by a qualified healthcare professional.
• The AI cannot perform physical examinations, order laboratory tests, or review imaging results.
• Recommendations are generated based on the information you provide; incomplete or inaccurate input may lead to incomplete or inaccurate output.
• Clinical guidelines evolve over time, and there may be a delay between guideline updates and Platform updates.
• Individual health circumstances are complex and may not be fully captured by the Platform's analysis.

5 No Doctor-Patient Relationship

No doctor-patient relationship is created between you and Noeva Health Inc., its founders, employees, contractors, or affiliates through your use of the Platform. The Platform does not provide medical care, and no licensed healthcare professional is reviewing your individual results within the Platform unless you are explicitly connected with a clinical provider through our referral pathways (available in future phases).

6 Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are using the Platform voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You are solely responsible for any health decisions you make based on information provided by the Platform.
• Noeva Health Inc. assumes no liability for health decisions made, or not made, based on the Platform's output.
