1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Noeva Health platform ("Platform"), including any associated websites, applications, and services operated by Noeva Health Inc. ("Noeva Health," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Noeva Health Inc., a corporation incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada, based in Ottawa, Ontario.

2 Description of Service

Noeva Health is an AI-powered health navigation tool that helps individuals understand symptoms related to women's health conditions, including endometriosis, PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome), perimenopause, menopause, PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), and adenomyosis. The Platform analyzes user-reported symptoms against a clinical evidence base built from peer-reviewed systematic reviews and clinical practice guidelines, and generates structured care pathways including suggested tests, specialist types, and urgency levels.

3 User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: You will provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when using the Platform, including any health-related data you input.
• Consult Healthcare Professionals: You will consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions based on information or recommendations provided by the Platform.
• Use the Platform Lawfully: You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
• Not Misuse the Platform: You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's operation, security, or infrastructure.
• Not Misrepresent Output: You will not present Noeva Health's output as a medical diagnosis or professional medical opinion to others.

4 Account Terms

• One Account Per Person: Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
• Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at contact@noevahealth.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Platform.
• Account Termination: You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5 Payment Terms

• Pay-Per-Assessment: Certain assessments may be available on a pay-per-use basis. The price for each assessment will be clearly displayed before you initiate the assessment.
• Subscription Options: We may offer subscription plans that provide access to additional features or unlimited assessments for a recurring fee. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal conditions will be presented at the time of purchase.
• Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with a paid assessment, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@noevahealth.com. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may not apply if the assessment has been fully completed and results delivered.
• Currency: All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your purchase as required by law.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, AI models, clinical algorithms, care pathway frameworks, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform -- are the exclusive property of Noeva Health Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from Noeva Health Inc.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Noeva Health Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Noeva Health's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Noeva Health in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Noeva Health does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or recommendations provided through the Platform. You assume all risk associated with your reliance on such information.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification or email). Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
